Milk and Honey cocktail with Benedictine and milk

Milk & Honey

We love our 12-ingredient over-the-top tiki potions as much as anyone, but sometimes you just need something warm, simple, and comforting. Enter the Milk & Honey, a two-ingredient nightcap featuring Bénédictine that’s as easy to slip into as an old sweater.

It can be served warm or cold; if you’d like it as a hot drink, just heat up the milk on the stovetop beforehand, and omit the ice. Either way, be sure to garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange slice.

Pour the Bénédictine in a heat-proof mug if serving as a hot drink, or over ice in a short glass otherwise.

If serving as a hot drink, gently warm the milk on the stovetop to your desired temperature, then pour in the mug. If serving cold, just pour the milk directly into the glass over the ice.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange slice.
