Frequently-Asked Questions

Do I have to give you my information or make an account in order to use Cocktail Party?

Nope! If you want, you can create an account via Google or Apple, which allows you to sync your data between multiple devices. But if that doesn’t matter to you, feel free to skip right on past those buttons and click “Continue without signing in”. Your data will be stored only on your device.

Find your favorites, custom content, and other ways to interact with drinks in the left-side drawer. You can get to it by tapping this menu icon in the upper-left corner:

When the drawer is open, you can see your favorites, tags, categories, custom drinks, and other ways to filter and sift through drinks.

Easy! Head to the Ingredients tab, and tap on any ingredient in the list. You’ll be taken to the page for that ingredient, where you can scroll down to see all the drinks made with that ingredient. Here’s part of the list of drinks we have for gin, for example:

No problem! Check out the brand-new search function on the Drinks screen to filter drinks by more than one ingredient.

Let’s say you’re looking for drinks that use gin AND strawberry. First, tap the search icon in the upper-right corner of the Drinks screen:

Then, tap that “Add an ingredient” button, and search for the ingredient you want to add.

You can repeat this as many times as you want, and that big red button at the bottom will keep updating to tell you how many drinks will come up. When you press it, it will take you back to the Drinks screen – but this time, it’s just filtered down by those ingredients (and any other selections you made, like categories or tags). You can remove the filters and go back to the full drink list by tapping the X icon near the top of the screen.
