St. Stephen’s Sour

Jeffrey Morgenthaler is one of our favorite mixologists; despite (or perhaps because of) his immense talent, he devises recipes that are dead-easy for the home bartender to replicate. St. Stephen’s Sour is a prime example, with its four simple ingredients and classic flavor profile that seems as if it should have already existed for a hundred years.

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a short glass filled with crushed ice.
