The Warehouse C from Jillian Vose is a perfect demonstration of one our favorite mixology tricks from the folks at Death & Co: splitting the sweetener component between multiple syrups for a richer, more interesting flavor.
Muddle the strawberry in a shaker, and then add the remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe. Vose serves it garnish-free, but we like to serve it with a strawberry half on the rim.
