A peck of peppers (sweet), for cocktail recipes

Sweet pepper

Sweet peppers  – also known as bell peppers or capsicums, depending on where you are in the world – are related to their spicier cousins, but lack the capsaicin that makes hot peppers, well, hot. They’re relatively easy to juice, and the juice adds a crisp, summertime flavor to cocktails. The green ones are bitter and grassy, while the other colors (red, orange, and yellow) are sweeter and fruitier.
