And to All a Good Night

And to All a Good Night is a charming nightcap cocktail from Tim Stookey in San Francisco. It has a dangerous-seeming split base of bourbon and tequila, but the result is surprisingly smooth and understated.
Imbibe magazine, where we found the recipe, recommends a sweeter bourbon like Maker’s Mark to balance the spiciness of the bitters.

Ingredients
- 1½ parts Bourbon
- ¾ part Aged tequila
- ¾ part Cherry brandy
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 dash Aromatic bitters
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
