This is a genericized version of the classic Aperol Spritz recipe. It typically calls for Prosecco, but you can use any sparkling wine you like. You can also make this drink with Campari or another bitter citrus liqueur – just remember that Campari is much more bitter than Aperol.
Build in the order given in an ice-filled glass. Garnish with green olives or a citrus twist.
