The City Rickey is a recipe from mixology legend Dale DeGroff. It’s a cross between a true Rickey and a Cosmopolitan. It’s a light long drink, perfectly refreshing, not too sweet.
This drink isn’t picky about the type of sparkling water you use; in fact, it’s lovely with a citrus- or cranberry-flavored sparkling water.
Shake all ingredients (except the sparkling water) and strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with citrus slices.
