Corleone cocktail with fresh green grapes, gin, grappa, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters

Corleone

The Corleone, likely named for the central family in the Godfather series of classic films, is the creation of cocktail consultant Ryan Magarian. Cocktails that feature fresh muddled grapes are all too rare for how delicious and refreshing they are. In the Corleone, they’re a perfect complement to the grape-adjacent woody notes of grappa.

Muddle the grapes in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass and garnish with a grape on a pick, or sliced and placed on the edge of the glass.
