Mixologist Gaz Regan adapted this recipe from one served at the Drovers Tap Room in New York City. Regan’s recipe calls for lemon rum, but you can try it with other citrus-flavored rums (or vodkas) – it’ll be delicious!
- 1 part Citrus rum or Citrus vodka
- ¼ part Triple sec
- ¼ part Cranberry juice
- 1 splash Sparkling white wine
Shake everything but the Champagne (or sparkling wine) with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or champagne flute, and top with a bit of Champagne or sparkling wine.
