If you like your sours sour, try bartender Eben Freeman’s Forbidden Sour, which gets an extra dose of face-puckering tartness from pomegranate liqueur. Freeman’s recipe called for twice as much lemon juice originally, which we found intolerable. However, your liqueur may be sweeter, or your palate more resilient; increase it if you feel brave.
