The Gilda, by Brian Miller at Death & Co, was an early recipe that made use of their now-famous combination of pineapple, lime, and cinnamon – a pattern that found its way into several other drinks at their chain of fabulous cocktail bars.
- 2 parts Blanco tequila or Aged tequila
- ½ part Pineapple juice
- ½ part Lime juice
- ½ part Cinnamon syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
