- 4 whole Blackberry
- 2 parts Cognac or Brandy
- ¾ part Port
- ½ part Crème de cassis
- ½ part Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Mole bitters or Chocolate bitters
Gently muddle the blackberries in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, and shake well. Double-strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
