Sloe Bramble

The Sloe Bramble recipe is an invention of the Plymouth Gin company, created for a holiday party at the James Beard Foundation. It’s a lovely little gem, and one of the best ways to show off your favorite sloe gin (Plymouth’s own bottling is fantastic).

Ingredients
- 2 parts Gin
- ¾ part Lemon juice
- ¾ part Simple syrup
- ½ part Sloe gin
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled short glass. Garnish with raspberries, blackberries, lemon slices – or all of the above!
