But it’s actually mezcal playing a starring role here, lending a toasty, smoky quality to the coconut. At Noelle, Miller uses a house coconut puree that we’ve approximated here with sweet cream of coconut and coconut milk or cream.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a lime wheel.
