The Sunray is a forgotten classic from the 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book. It’s exactly what the name implies: a bright, fresh citrus cocktail with rich flavors of spice and oak.
Ingredients
- ¾ part Bourbon or Rye whiskey or Blended whiskey
- ¾ part Orange curaçao
- ¾ part White wine apéritif
- ¼ part Orange juice
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
