This close cousin of the margarita was invented by the Tequila Tezon company. The name comes from “toronja” (the Spanish word for grapefruit), and takes the extra ‘h’ from the tahona wheel used in the tequila’s production.

Shake with ice and strain into either an ice-filled short glass, or a salt-rimmed margarita glass. This drink is also wonderful blended.
