Toronha

This close cousin of the margarita was invented by the Tequila Tezon company. The name comes from “toronja” (the Spanish word for grapefruit), and takes the extra ‘h’ from the tahona wheel used in the tequila’s production.

Ingredients
- 2 parts Blanco tequila or Aged tequila
- 2 part Grapefruit juice
- ½ part Grenadine or Pomegranate molasses
- ½ part Triple sec
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into either an ice-filled short glass, or a salt-rimmed margarita glass. This drink is also wonderful blended.
