Lychee syrup is a heady floral sweetener made from the fruit of the lychee nut. It’s easiest to simply use the syrup from a can of lychees. You can also make your own by combining equal parts of sugar, water, and fresh lychee fruit. Bring to a boil while stirring, remove from heat, let sit for 15 minutes. Strain and jar.
