Añejo Highball

Dale DeGroff’s Añejo Highball is a twist on the classic Dark N’ Stormy. His recipe adds triple sec to the mix and uses an aged rum instead of a dark rum, for a supremely refreshing tropical highball.

Ingredients
- 1½ parts Aged rum
- ½ part Triple sec
- ¼ part Lime juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
- 4 parts Ginger beer
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except ginger beer) to a tall glass. Add ice, top with the ginger beer, and stir gently. Garnish with wedges or wheels of orange and lime.
