Apple Gin Fizz

Gin’s botanical flavors are a wonderful match for fresh-pressed green apple juice, and the Apple Gin Fizz is proof positive. It has a wonderfully fresh, tart flavor that isn’t too sweet, topped by a cloudy meringue courtesy of the egg white (or aquafaba) and sparkling water.

We found this recipe over at Drink Kings, and we’re not sure if it’s their creation or something they found elsewhere. Regardless, it’s worth mixing one up even with its mysterious heritage; it’s one of the best examples of a fresh-apple cocktail we’ve found so far.
