The Aquadisiac, from Beachbum Berry Remixed, is a rare example of a pretty blue cocktail that actually tastes good. It works so well because it’s a simple, well-balanced drink; orange-lemon-orgeat is a classic tart-sweet combination made lovelier with the inclusion of blue curaçao instead of the traditional orange.

The key here is finding a quality blue curaçao – we like the ones made by Giffard and Drillaud, which are very nearly as flavorful as their non-blue counterparts.
