He advises that it should be made “small, very cold, and emphatically sour.” After trying it ourselves, we can’t help but agree.
- 2 parts Gin
- ¾ part Lemon juice
- ½ part Maraschino
- ¼ part Crème de violette
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop a stemless cherry into the glass, or garnish with a lemon twist.
