This is a surprisingly restrained recipe from Trader Vic, a man known more for serving up colorful tipples in giant bowls and tiki mugs.
You can’t go wrong with this one on a warm summer evening (trust us, we’re drinking it now!)
- 2 parts Light rum
- ¾ part Triple sec
- ½ part Maraschino
- ½ part Lime juice
