Bliss Point

Bliss Point cocktail with pineapple rum, limoncello, grapefruit juice, lime juice, ginger syrup, egg white, and creole bitters

The “bliss point” is a phrase coined by food scientists to describe the amount of an ingredient used to optimize the deliciousness of a food or beverage. It’s a fitting name for this cocktail by Jelani Johnson at NYC’s Clover Club – it’s a total flavor bomb!

The Bliss Point seems to move through various moods, each more intense and flavorful than the last: a nose of cinnamon from the bitters, tart citrus and soft foam, rich pineapple, spicy ginger.

Far superior to any other cocktail app

I have only been using the app for a short time but already I can tell that it is far superior to any other cocktail app I have used until now. The user interface is easy to use and visually appealing, and the search function displays recipes as you type which will make this app easy and fast to use. Highly recommended for use as a bartender or server, or at home making drinks for a party or night in. The developer also promises recipes added regularly and the customer support is second to none.
