The Chronic Iced Tea, perhaps named for the Notorious B.I.G & Snoop Dogg track, was a hit at the B Side Lounge in Cambridge, Massachusetts before it closed and its bartenders (and recipes) moved to nearby bars.
Local bar historian Frederic Yarm notes that the recipe makes it something like a classic punch, although a little more drinkable due to the larger measure of tea.
Shake everything (except the tea) with ice. Strain into a tall ice-filled glass and top with the tea. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve with a straw.
