Corn N’ Oil

The Corn N’ Oil is the precursor to the modern Dark N’ Stormy, with the ginger taking more of a backseat to the molasses and baking-spice flavors of blackstrup rum and bitters. It’s the perfect encapsulation of Caribbean cocktail heritage.

Ingredients
- 2 parts Black rum
- ½ part Falernum liqueur
- ½ part Lime juice
- 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a short ice-filled glass in the order given. Stir to mix, and garnish with a lime wedge or the spent shell of a lime half.
