The Flamingo not a terribly interesting drink – it’s probably best-described as “a Paloma for someone who ran out of tequila.” That said, it has its own charm, especially when made with a good white rum and some tasty citrus soda.
- 2 parts Light rum
- ¾ part Lime juice
- 3 parts Grapefruit soda
Shake the rum and lime juice with ice and strain into an ice-filled short glass. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
