Granger

Kelly Carámbula, the Serious Eats writer who invented this lovely sparkler, called it the “Grapefruit and Ginger Sparkler.” That name is kind of a mouthful, don’t you think? We dropped a few letters and ended up with an unintentional homage to our favorite Muggle-born witchlet – perfect for a drink we could imagine her grown-up self enjoying after a long day at the Ministry.

Ingredients
- 1 part Grapefruit juice
- ½ part Ginger liqueur
- 4 parts Sparkling white wine or Sparkling rosé wine
Instructions
Build in a champagne glass in the order given. Garnish with a slice, wedge, or twist of grapefruit.
