Great Gatsby
This easy-drinkin’ brunch cocktail comes to us from Highlands Bar & Grill, a fancy Southern eatery in Alabama. Since there are so few ingredients, use good ones; the grapefruit juice really must be fresh-squeezed.
Ingredients
- 1 part Vodka or Citrus vodka
- 1 part White wine apéritif
- 2½ parts Grapefruit juice
Instructions
Stir with ice until chilled, and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
