Kansai Kick

Kansai Kick sour cocktail with Japanese whisky, Madeira, lime juice, and orgeat

PDT’s John deBary invented the Kansai Kick as a Japanese-inspired riff on Cameron’s kick, with lightly-smoky Japanese whisky taking the place of a big boggy Scotch. To add a little complexity, deBary calls for a bit of Madeira’s raisiny, oxidized flavor. Brilliant!

Far superior to any other cocktail app

I have only been using the app for a short time but already I can tell that it is far superior to any other cocktail app I have used until now. The user interface is easy to use and visually appealing, and the search function displays recipes as you type which will make this app easy and fast to use. Highly recommended for use as a bartender or server, or at home making drinks for a party or night in. The developer also promises recipes added regularly and the customer support is second to none.
