The Laid Back is rapper Snoop Dogg’s riff on a classic Gin & Juice cocktail. This much-improved version comes from Snoop himself, featured on The Ellen Degeneres Show while promoting his TV show Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party, co-hosted with culinary legend Martha Stewart.
Snoop calls for Ciroc Apple, a green-apple-flavored vodka. We had it with the considerably less-expensive Smirnoff Honeycrisp and certainly didn’t miss the pricey stuff.
