Lantana, a blueberry riff on the lemon drop martini featuring vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and blueberry syrup.

Lantana

This started life as the “Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini” by recipe developer Rachel Perlmutter over at The Kitchn. It’s a delicious little jewel of a thing – but it is neither a Lemon Drop nor a Martini. So after slightly reworking the recipe, we’ve rechristened it the Latana, after a cheery flower that comes in as many shades and hues as this drink can (depending on the color of the blueberry syrup you use).

If you have blueberry vodka on hand, it’s a natural here. Substitute it for some or all of the vodka, to taste.
