Unsurprisingly, the Met Manhattan is a 90s drink – albeit one that manages to appeal to modern palates. It hails from the Met Bar at London’s Metropolitan Hotel, according to Difford’s Guide.
This one comes in on the small side, which is probably for the best; it gets sweeter and less pleasant as it warms up. Serve it in a dainty cocktail glass, or else over ice in a short glass.
