Sour Seoul

The Sour Seoul is our name for the simple soju sour we’ve found served at various Korean restaurants, often dressed up with fancy ice cubes and served in cute drink pouches. It’s a simple recipe, but it’s a great introduction to soju; even with higher-ABV soju, it’s a delicious, easy-drinking cocktail with a nice sweet-and-sour flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 parts Soju
- ¾ part Lemon juice
- ¾ part Simple syrup
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
