It’s a simple recipe, but it’s a great introduction to soju; even with higher-ABV soju, it’s a delicious, easy-drinking cocktail with a nice sweet-and-sour flavor.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
