Bottle of Japanese yuzu liqueur, for use in cocktail recipes

Yuzu liqueur

Yuzushu, Yuzu sake, Yuja liqueur, Yuzuri, Yuzu vodka, Dry Curaçao Yuzu

Yuzu liqueur is made from – you guessed it – yuzu, a citrus with a sour, lemony, floral flavor native to Asia. It’s typically made with shochu, a base spirit that most often made with rice, sweet potato, or barley. The liqueur is usually fairly sweet and (hopefully) quite tart.
