It doesn’t just impart a luscious texture, heady scent, and mysterious tropical fruit flavor – it also provides a milky base for the blue curaçao to cling to, producing a lovely color without using too much of the stuff. If you don’t have soursop nectar, pineapple juice will do in a pinch.
