We got suckered into buying one of those sexy bottles of ginger liqueur. Pretty (and tasty) as it was, we couldn’t find a lot of cocktails that used it. That’s why we were so excited to find this recipe in Gaz Regan’s The Joy of Cocktails. It’s also nice with cherry brandy, so we’ve included that variation as well.

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
