It’s simple, but so clever – elderflower and grapefruit are a classic combination, and grapefruit soda is a refreshing way to bring in that tart, bright flavor.
Shake the gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice with ice. Strain into an ice-filled short glass, top with grapefruit soda, and garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
