Le Sime | Cocktail Party

Le Sime

Le Sime cocktail with aged rum, cherry brandy, orange juice, egg white, and simple syrup

Le Sime is a cocktail that dates back to at least 1934, when it was published in World Drinks and How to Mix Them by William Boothby. It has a character reminiscent of a Blood & Sand, despite not containing scotch; the dominant impression is of cherry and orange, made buoyant and fluffy by egg white.
