- 2 parts Gin
- ¾ part Lime juice
- ¾ part Simple syrup
- 1 dash Celery bitters
- 1 pinch Salt or Celery salt
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a small chilled glass. Garnish with a mint leaf or lime twist.
