Pillow Talk is an unashamedly sweet, soft sparkling cocktail from the brilliant mind of Death & Co.’s Joaqúin Simó. Gloriously pink, delightfully bubbly, and scented with citrus, vanilla, and flowers, it’s the cocktail equivalent of a luxury bath bomb (albeit better-tasting).
Simó calls for Crème Yvette, a violet-raspberry liqueur that can be difficult to find and even harder to substitute, but a good raspberry liqueur will be plenty tasty in its place.
Shake everything (except the sparkling wine) with ice. Strain into a flute glass and top with the sparkling wine.
