Voodoo Down

The Voodoo Down comes from master mixologist Leo Robitschek, created in an effort to come up with a food-friendly cocktail. He certainly succeeded – ginger and honey are well-known for their stomach-soothing properties, and lemon and elderflower cleanse the palate and keep things light.

Ingredients
- 1 part Bourbon
- ½ part Aged rum
- ½ part Elderflower liqueur
- ¾ part Lemon juice
- ¼ part Honey syrup
- ¼ part Ginger syrup
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled short glass.
