Rhubarb bitters

Rhubarb bitters are made from the bright-pink stalks of the rhubarb plant. The most readily-available brand is probably Fee’s, which is a bit overly sweet and candy-like.

If you have access to fresh rhubarb, a quick search in your favorite engine will turn up several excellent DIY recipes.
