Dos Besitos

Dos Besitos is Spanish for “two little kisses,” a reference to its split base of blanco and reposado tequila. That’s something we haven’t yet seen in a recipe, but it’s a genius move from mixologist Scott Teague of Death & Co. Splitting the base gets the best of both worlds – the vegetal brightness of unaged tequila, and the smooth oaky quality of the aged reposado.

Ingredients
- 1 part Aged tequila
- 1 part Blanco tequila
- ¾ part Pineapple juice
- ½ part Lime juice
- ¼ part Agave nectar
- 1 tsp Grenadine or Pomegranate molasses
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupe glass.
