El Floridita

We love drinks that use créme de cacao in unusual ways. This Hemingway favorite from the El Floridita bar in Havana, Cuba fits the bill.

Ingredients
- 1½ part Light rum
- ½ part Sweet vermouth
- ½ part Lime juice
- ¼ parts Crème de cacao
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or coupé glass.
