Espresso Martini

Legend has it that Soho Brasserie bartender Dick Bradsell invented this drink in the late 80s, for a model who waltzed into his bar and demanded something that would “wake me up, and then fuck me up.” Consider yourself warned!
Real espresso is ideal – regular drip coffee is simply too weak and watery to provide the strong backbone this drink requires.

Ingredients
- 2 parts Vodka or Dessert vodka or Vanilla vodka
- 1½ parts Espresso
- ½ part Simple syrup or Vanilla syrup
- ¼ part Coffee liqueur
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans, placed gently atop the foam.
