Lavender bitters

Lavender can be a wonderful flavor in a cocktail – but add too much, and it’ll taste more like soap than spirits.

That’s where lavender bitters come in. Just a drop or two is all you need to impart a floral, Spring-inspired perfume to your drinks. We’re big fans of Scrappy’s bitters, who claim to be the first inventors of lavender bitters – but we’ve heard good things about the new wave of small-batch bitters from other makers, too.
