Soursop nectar

Soursop (or guanábana, as it’s known in Latin America) is the prickly, fragrant fruit of a flowering evergreen tree native to the Caribbean.
The fruit has a fibrous pulp that can be used to make a delicious nectar that tastes like a cross between banana and strawberry, with a mysteriously funky finish on the back of the palate.
