Sparkling Cocktails

Champagne cocktails like the French 75 and the Kir Royale are perennial classics, but that’s not the only grape-based spirit we can use to make delicious cocktails.

Some of our favorite cocktails are those made with quinine-fortified tonic wines (like Lillet or Dubonnet), complex inventions like the Lewis & Martin or the Tulio Oro. The Queen of England herself agrees with us – word has it that she has little cocktail she makes herself, of Dubonnet with club soda and a little lemon.
