Honey syrup

Honey brings a lovely flavor to cocktails – but try mixing it with ice, and you’re in for a clumpy, stringy surprise. It’s far easier to use it when it’s mixed with water.

In fact, that’s all you need to do to make honey syrup: mix equal parts honey and hot water, let it cool, and store it in a covered container in the fridge for up to a couple weeks.
